THE VIBRATOR:
The Aura Pleasure Accessory by Mila
THE REVIEW:
If you know me, you know that masturbation is my self-care. It’s my dopamine hit. It’s my Me Time. It’s my go-to activity—no, strategy—for when I’m feeling like I’m going to yell at someone or spiral or sleep with a man I shouldn’t or go on a Hinge rampage. Masturbation centers me. For that reason, I take it very seriously.
Trust me when I say: I don’t mess around about jerking off. And I certainly don’t mess around about vibrators.
As a sex writer, I have had the insanely gorgeous privilege of being sent vibrators, sex toys, lubricants, and more from lovely brands—as a PR gift, if you will, with the potential for me to share my experience with my audience. Some of these sex toys I’ve shared with you (the ones I like and love!), some of them I haven’t (the ones that I didn’t want to put near my vagina!).
All this is to say that I’ve tried A LOT of them—vibrators especially. Certainly many more than the average person. I’ve tested little bullets, big wands, remote-controlled vibrators, clit stimulators, ones that go inside, ones that go inside your butt. You name it, it has entered me.
But through all the toys that came across my desk, none had ever dethroned my old reliable nightstand vibrator—until now.
The old reliable in question? The Puff by Unbound, a fantastic clit suction device that I’ve written about a lot. But today is not about her. Today marks the time that my trusty vibrator—my go-to for the last literal five years—has been replaced. Not because the Puff isn’t amazing. Not because other vibrators I’ve tried weren’t amazing. But because I have found my new favorite, that hits all the right notes—and the right spots.
Her name is the Aura Pleasure Accessory by Mila. And I’m incredibly obsessed.
(I hope you know that I’m not just saying that. No one from Mila asked me to write this, and no one is paying me to write this. I created an affiliate link for the first time ever (meaning I do get commission if you use my link) but I genuinely only did that because I think this product is amazing and want to put energy and effort towards recommending it!! I would NEVER go hard for a vibrator if I didn’t believe what I was saying. Like I said, I don’t play about masturbation.)
Okay, so let me tell you about the Aura. She has FOUR different features, each with their own intensity levels. Let me walk you through it:
Feature #1: Heat
I’ve never had this setting before on a vibrator, and it has changed the game. It’s super subtle—not hot, just warm—so your vibrator never has to feel cold to the touch again.
Feature #2: Massage
This massage is built different. It moves in circular motions at your desired speed, while everything else incredible is happening. The suction element is more centralized towards your clit, with the massage focused on outer areas. It’s perfect. Everywhere gets the attention it needs.
Feature #3: Vibration
A classic. Great intensity settings, with none of the weird rhythmic ones that no woman actually wants to use.
Feature #4: Suction
The start of the show, IMO. The suction part of the vibrator is nice and small and central, so it easily navigates to your clit without feeling like you have to maneuver it all over the place to hit the right spot.
What I love most about all of these features is that they each have many intensity/speed settings, and the lowest one is actually light. There’s nothing I find more frustrating than when I try a new toy but the first setting is SO INTENSE I feel like I have to leave my underwear on or it’s going to burn my clit off. That’s not an issue with the Aura. It’s so fucking nice.
If you’re interested in purchasing but aren’t sure, feel free to comment or DM me any questions and I’d be more than happy to chat about it with you!! I know it’s not a nothing purchase (it costs $135. I know, vibrators are freaking expensive), but I do think it’s worth the money if you’re looking for a really high quality vibrator that you’ll use all the time. (P.S If you’re a boyfriend reading this and need a gift for your GF, this is an awesome one.)
Thank you for reading my queens! Happy masturbating!!

I appreciate the timing of this since I'm on the third generation of my favorite vibe (the first two died valiantly of overuse, RIP) and I've been getting a little bored.
